Scope: Concrete demolition, cutting, and surface preparation works.
A seven-story residential building with a total of 49 right-of-occupancy apartments. Studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms (sizes ranging from 30.5 m² to 65.5 m²). The property includes versatile and suitable storage spaces, two shared sauna facilities, and a bicycle maintenance room. The pleasant recreational courtyard is located on the block's shared yard deck, which features play and leisure areas. Construction work on the site began in the summer of 2024 and was completed in September 2025.
Qyp is responsible for the concrete surface treatment and finishing work on this site, which includes chipping, grinding, sawing, and polishing to ensure high-quality surfaces and preparation for subsequent work phases.
