is a new 5-story station and parking center currently under construction in Turku, Finland, located on Ratapihankatu next to the Logomo Bridge. It is designed to centralize services for Turku's main railway station.
QYP Rakennus Oy carried out a comprehensive range of concrete surface preparation, repair, and finishing works at the Logohug construction project.
The scope included diamond grinding of concrete walls and floors, surface levelling, concrete chasing, controlled chipping, patching, and filling works across multiple building levels.
Special attention was given to elevator areas, staircases, access ramps, and other technically demanding sections. Additional works included correcting floor level differences, adjusting thresholds, shaping concrete surfaces, and performing localized structural surface repairs.
The work was carried out in stages across different floors, ensuring coordination between construction activities and preparing surfaces for subsequent finishing operations.
