PCD (Polycrystalline Diamond) cup wheels are high-performance grinding tools designed for fast, aggressive removal of coatings such as epoxy, glue, paint, and waterproofing layers from concrete surfaces. Unlike traditional diamond wheels that grind and smooth, PCD cup wheels use extremely hard diamond segments to scrape and strip materials efficiently without clogging or smearing. They offer long lifespan, consistent performance, and are ideal for surface preparation in industrial and commercial settings. Commonly used for removing adhesives and thick coatings, they come in configurations like single-row for faster removal and double-row for more controlled operation.
